Privacy Policy

Last updated 15 October 2026.

This site is operated by Adamant Media, LLC. This policy explains what we collect when you use it, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate.

The short version: we collect what you type into our two forms, and basic analytics about how people use the site. We do not sell anything about you to anyone.

Information you give us

Two forms on this site collect information, and both are optional — you can read everything here without submitting anything.

The contact form collects your name, email address, subject and message.

The hosting enquiry form collects your name, email address, phone number, organization, your role, the type of organization, your city, state or province and country, which training you are interested in, any trainer you would prefer, roughly how many participants you expect, your preferred timeframe, whether you have a venue, whether your team has attended the introductory course, and anything else you choose to tell us. It also records which page of this site you came from, so we know what prompted the enquiry.

Information about children

We do not ask for information about any specific child, and you should not need to give us any to use this site.

We recognize that people writing to us are often parents, and that the free-text boxes invite description. Please share only what you need to. You do not have to name your child, give their age or diagnosis, or describe their abilities in order to ask us a question or enquire about hosting a training.

If you do include details about a child, we treat that message as sensitive: we keep it only as long as we need it to answer you, we do not use it for analytics or marketing, and we do not pass it on except where it is necessary to answer your question — see sharing, below. You can ask us to delete it at any time and we will.

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information directly from anyone under 13.

Information collected automatically

Server and security logs. Our host and our security provider, Cloudflare, record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to keep the site running and to block abuse.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics, deployed through Google Tag Manager, to understand how people find and use the site — which pages are read, which are ignored, and where people give up. This uses cookies and collects information about your device and how you move around the site. We have IP anonymization enabled, and we do not use Google Analytics for advertising or remarketing.

You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely using Google’s browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.

We also use Google Search Console, which reports on search terms that led people here. It does not set cookies on your device and does not identify you.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. This site uses them for two things: keeping the site working (and keeping you signed in, if you are an editor), and Google Analytics as described above. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not share cookie data with advertisers.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.

How we use what you tell us

  • To answer your question or enquiry.
  • To put you in touch with a PODD trainer, if that is what you have asked for.
  • To understand what people need from this site, so we can improve it.

We do not send marketing email, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you used a form.

Who we share it with

PODD trainers. If you enquire about hosting a training, we will usually need to pass your enquiry to one or more certified PODD presenters so they can respond. If you named a preferred trainer, we will send it to them. Trainers are independent professionals and are not employees of Adamant Media, LLC; once your enquiry reaches them, their own handling of it is their responsibility.

Service providers. Our web host, Cloudflare, our email provider, and Google (for analytics) process data on our behalf in order to run the site.

Legal requirements. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are stored in this website’s database and emailed to us. We keep enquiries for as long as they are useful for answering you and for understanding demand for trainings, and we review and clear out old submissions periodically. If you ask us to delete yours sooner, we will.

Your choices

Whatever state or country you are in, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what we hold about you;
  • correct it if it is wrong;
  • delete it;
  • stop using it.

Email [email protected] and we will deal with it. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Residents of some states, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and others, have these rights in law rather than as a courtesy. We apply them to everyone regardless.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, sits behind Cloudflare, and limits repeated login attempts. No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable measures and keep the software up to date.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant — adding a new category of data, or a new recipient — we will say so on this page rather than quietly editing it.
